The following Registration Fees (VAT 22% included) will be available for CLEPIC 2025.

Early bird fees (by March 28):

• Ismoclep member Regular (all quotes paid): 300€

• Ismoclep member Junior* (all quotes paid): 250€

• Non member Regular: 400€

• Non member Junior*: 300€

Regular fees (after March 28):

• Ismoclep member Regular (all quotes paid): 400€

• Ismoclep member Junior* (all quotes paid): 300€

• Non member Regular: 500€

• Non member Junior*: 350€

Industry:

• industry fee: 600€

*Young Researchers, Students, Doctoral Students of  Medicine/Biology/Chemistry (or any Institute related to the Subjects of the Society’s activities) and who are below the age of 36.

• Admission to the scientific sessions

• Conference kit and program

• Coffee breaks and lunches according to the program

• Drink and finger food during the poster session on June 11

• Dinner reception on June 12

Please note that at least one author of each paper is required to register to attend the conference by the full paper submission deadline of March 28, 2025. If none of the authors is registered by this date, the paper will be automatically withdrawn from the program and from the proceedings without any further notice.

Payment managed by your University/Institution with a purchase order?

Please complete the registration with your personal details by selecting bank transfer as the payment method.

If you are in possession of your University's billing information (company name, address, VAT number and, for Italians only, "codice univoco") you can edit it in the "Billing Details" box by clicking on "Edit Details". Otherwise, continue without editing.

In both cases, in order to complete the payment it is necessary for the Organizing Secretariat to receive a copy of the Purchase Order from your Administration to the email address mcm@mcmcongressi.it within 7 days from the date of registration. We therefore suggest that you proceed with online registration when the Purchase Order is already issued.

Payment managed by yourself with credit card?

Your registration will be confirmed immediately by email.

Payment managed by yourself with bank transfer?

You will receive an email with the bank details and you need to proceed with the payment within 7 days. The registration will be confirmed only when payment will be received.

The invoice will be automatically issued with the participant's personal data filled during the online registration. In case you need to issue the invoice to another subject please edit details in the appropriate box at the end of the registration process.

Once issued the invoice cannot be changed.

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the MCM SRL.
Full refund, less Euro 50,00 for administrative expenses will be provided for cancellations made before April 28, 2025.

No refund will be made for cancellations made after April 28, 2025
