Abstract submission rules

The abstract of maximum 350 words should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions.

The abstract should be divided into four paragraphs: Abstract, Background, Results and Conclusions.

Abstracts must be written in Times New Roman single spaces, with 2 cm top and bottom, and 2 cm side margins, with font sizes as follows: title 16 bold (upper and lower case), authors 14, affiliations 12 italic; body 12. Line spacing of the abstract body must be 1,15.

The file should be submitted in PDF format according to the Abstract template. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Abstracts can be submitted for Short Talk or Poster presentations. Please note that selecting short talk will not ensure that an accepted abstract will be considered for oral presentation. As short talk slots are limited, an accepted abstract may be allocated for poster presentation.

Registration of authors

At least one author of each paper is required to register to attend the conference by the full paper submission deadline, March 28, 2025. If none of the authors is registered by this date, the paper will be automatically withdrawn from the program and from the proceedings without any further notice.
